Can Low-Dose Aspirin Prevent Cancer?

The benefits of low dose aspirin may included cancer prevention, a new U.K. study suggests. But should you rush out to buy some?
An aspirin a day may just keep cancers away, or so suggests a report released in the U.K. medical journal Lancet on December 7, 2010. The report looked a great deal of data to come to their conclusion, with Dr. Peter M. Rothwell and colleagues examining records from 25,570 patients who had taken part in eight trials.
